I liked the location, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was the most welcoming that I’ve ever experienced. The building was secure where no one could come through the back doors without key cards.

this is a nice property and excellent location! beach front with ocean views. the staff is very friendly, morning, noon, and night!

Great location on the beach, hotel was nice and clean as well as the room. Beds a bit hard but doable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Great access to the beach. We misunderstood, so don’t be like us. Even tho the hotel is pet friendly, and the beach access is free and at the back door, dogs are NOT allowed on the beach. Good thing our little fluff ball is happy to stay in her backpack. She enjoyed the beach under the radar. Others weren’t so lucky. Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast. We enjoyed our beach front balcony IMMENSELY - definitely worth the extra money for that. If there were to be a negative, we wished there were another set of elevators. Not a deal breaker for us though. Staff was super helpful and acted like they liked their jobs! :) Thank you for a great week at Orange Beach!

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and available at check in, unlike our last hotel. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. My kids loved the city and want to go back, if we do, we would stay there again.

I love the beach access! the chairs and umbrellas are misleading and are not including with the price and that’s one of the main reasons we picked this location.

Front Desk was very welcoming. Nice breakfast and beds were comfortable. Only issue we had was getting wash cloths. I have worked in the business long enough to know that this can become a problem checking in after a big weekend like Mullet Toss. I would recommend to anyone. The price was very reasonable for the time of year. Stayed one night and my daughter was playing in a high school golf tournament and everyone wished her luck. Again thanks for the wonderful stay and hope to be able to stay longer. Most properties that accept pets I usually fight fleas but not this Hampton Inn. The lobby had an awesome scent and very welcoming being able to see straight through to the beach. The pool was perfect temperature for the time of year. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Location, pool, beach access, balcony view. There are so many surrounding restaurants, stores, ice cream shops, and a Walmart! Freddie checked me in and was absolutely awesome! He was extremely friendly, very helpful, and you can tell he really enjoys his job! I really like that you can access the hotel from the parking garage on every level with your key card.
